January 10, 2009
New Modified 7F1-2 Instrument Panel forming block! Increased the height by adding 50mm to the bottom... this will give more height room to an already tight panel. Also to maintain the installation dimensions... it will be set forward towards the firewall by about 25mm to 40mm... will be determined at installation. The Side Panel Gussets must be modified accordingly...

Modified Panel Side Gussets... 7F15-2. It should be noted here that the dimensions on Page 7F15-2... show that the length of the gusset is 150mm... THIS IS WRONG, it should be 170mm long... I don't know why Zenith has not made this correction to the drawings... its 20mm short. The new gusset as shown is now 220mm(170mm + 50mm) long and 75mm wide...

Panel Side Gussets... 7F15-2 drawing spec, short by 20mm. Shows 150mm(WRONG), should be 170mm and the dimension at for the 90° bent flange should be 165mm...(75mm + 20mm + 50mm)
