Rear view of the engine. 48 pass Mesa remote Oil Cooler, to be mounted under the VW Type 4 engine... provides cooling for not only for the oil but also for the bottom of the engine. This is very important to provide proper cooling with a VW Type 4 engine...

48 pass Mesa remote Oil Cooler. A frame enclosure must be built to hold the oil cooler and also provide a pressure chamber to force the cooling air through the oil cooler. A 1" x 5" inlet in the cowl will allow cooling air to enter into the chamber
