701 New Stabilizer Finlets

When installing floats on an aircraft, the size of the area of the float ahead of the C.G. can present a problem with rudder control and loss of directional stability. Adding Finlets to the Stabilizer Tip Rib or a Ventral fin to the underside of the tail can solve this problem. The Beaver had Finlets added to the Stabilizer Tips while the Infamous Cub had a Ventral fin added to the underside of the tail!

The following design is for a Finlet to be added to the Stabilizer Tip Rib of the new Streamlined design Stabilizer! Played around with 2 sizes(13" and 16") and settled on the larger 16" high design. The final size is yet to be determined... but they will be somewhere between 13" to 16" high!
