View of the 2 x 4 Hinge Board, 2 x 6 Bed, and 2 x 4 radius board. Note the 4' - "L" angle... first part formed and straight as an arrow... no bends, the duct tape did it's job!

End view showing the 2 x 6 bed, 2 x 4 radius board and the 2 x 4 hinge board... al Clear Douglas Fir(no knots at all). This lumber is over 2 years old, dried out and is still as straight as an arrow!
